The prerequisite for the Paramedic Certificate is a current EMT or AEMT Certification in the State of Texas or successful completion of EMSP 1501 The Paramedic Program of WCJC is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (www.caahep.org) upon the recommendation of the Committee on Accreditation of Educational Programs for the Emergency Medical Services Professions (CoAEMSP).

Semester II
